Very athletic filly who is out of the tough six time winning hurdler Moon Catcher by Generous.

 

Catchthemoonlight is by the Derby winner Generous who stamps his offspring with stamina. Her dam Moon Catcher won on the flat over 1m5f and five times over hurdles from 2miles to 2m4f, and she has plenty of speed in her pedigree being a half sister to smart French listed mile winner Bint Lariaaf. 

 She was in pretraining with her breeder David Brace and came to Arlary at the end of February. We have been impressed by her attitude and she has schooled well over the Easyfix hurdles.  She was fifth in her debut hurdle at Kelso in March, staying on. She will have a quiet summer and will run in mares bumpers and novice hurdles in the autumn.
