Rossamilan Fourth At Carlisle

A bit of a missing the target day at Carlisle, but some promise from all of the runners.

Rossamilan looked at home over the fences and while he stood small chance in a competitive race with three horses rated 135, he jumped with enthusiasm until outpaced. His run gives us hope for the future and he may be getting the hang of racing under rules. He is pictured with Mark in the winners' enclosure.

Mumgos Debut was very enthusiastic over the first mile and he paid for his exertions towards the end of the race. Two and a half miles just stretches his stamina and he will be back in trip on such a stiff track next time.

It'stimeforapint looked great in the paddock, but as expected needed this first run for some months. He will be running in a couple of long distance chases later this autumn and winter.
