Itstimeforapint Wins At Bangor

We were over the moon with Itstimeforapint's win at Bangor this afternoon; travelling sweetly in his first time blinkers and jumping boldly. He stays well and though he was a bit lonely in front before the line he pulled out enough to win for Ian, Eddie and Mike. He will probably look at another staying chase, possibly at Hexham in March.

Scu and I listened to the Bangor commentary in the car on the way back from the airport. Our trip to Ireland was brief but we saw plenty of nice four and five year olds, many of whom we will see again in their races. We have a good list of potential top class chasers and some of them may be for sale before they run; please contact me soon to register an interest in purchasing.

We have a new arrival to the yard, the four year old Phoenix Reach who we bought in the August sales and who has been broken and pre trained in Ireland for us. He is a little too backward to point to point over there and we will continue his training here before a bumper or novice hurdle run. He will be an ideal type for the summer and is un named and for sale.

It was on Scu's online betting account, and I think that you can get it on the Racing Post too.
