Pre Hexham

It is still good ground at Hexham tomorrow and we have declared three runners.

In the conditional jockeys handicap chase we have two declarations, Arizona Bound and Moorstown. Arizona was unlucky to fall at Kelso last time, but he should be fine back over the Hexham fences and will like the good ground. Moorstown has been ready for a run for a few weeks but needs ease in the going to be at his best. He is on a good mark and should pick up a race this season.

Chanceiton has been a super horse for us and he takes his chance in the three mile handicap hurdle with regular pilot Cameron back on board.

Thomas Willmott is in good form and has spent this week at the Jack Berry House, keeping himself strong and fit while his broken collarbone mends. He is going to write a diary for us to see what he has been up to; stay tuned for it on this website.

Finally, the photo is from yesterday as Urban Kode tried to explain to his mates how to win a photo finish. 'It's easy,' said Kody, 'Just do this...'

Alizee De Janeiro battled on gamely today. Seems to like Kelso or is it the big bag of carrots at the end for winning ;-)
