We love setting up syndicates bringing new people into racing, as well as offering a wide variety of horses for those who already own shares. We have just filled The Red Shoes who have a free lease on Sutton Manor; this was a really popular group which has filled rapidly, and we will have more syndicate shares in other horses available soon. If you are interested in joining us as an owner or part owner please email the office and we will send a list of current share and outright options.
We also welcome a new horse to the yard, Needs To Be Seen who has won over hurdles and on the flat but has recently lost his confidence following two falls at Musselburgh. He may run in the spring and summer at Perth.
The work at home has been made easier by the mild weather and though we have still had wet mornings the horses and staff are thriving. Lou Siggors was in to take photos for some promotional material and I love the above picture of relaxed horses on their way home after their work. See more of Siggy Photography HERE
We have two runners on their way to Uttoxeter for tomorrow where the ground is heavy, soft in places. Haul Us In returns to fences after two super hurdle runs. This is her second try at chasing and while she was not the smoothest jumper as a young horse she has improved greatly at home recently. Fingers crossed for her and her owners Julian and Karenina Morrison-Bell.
Our second runner is Charmix, another who has had two good runs since a long time off. He drops in grade tomorrow, resulting in plenty of weight. However, he should like the track and again we wish his owner Jimmy Fyffe the best of luck.
